Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only if all the following conditions are met.
The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and free from damage.
All original tags, labels, and packaging must remain intact.
The return request must be raised within seven days from the date of delivery.
Products showing signs of wear, washing, alteration, stains, or damage after delivery are not eligible for return.

Non Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances.
Products purchased during clearance sales or special discount offers.
Customized or personalized products.
Gift cards or digital vouchers.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are provided only in cases where the delivered product is defective, damaged, incorrect, or differs from the ordered size or item.
Exchange requests must be raised within forty eight hours of delivery.

To validate an exchange request, customers are required to submit clear product images and, where applicable, an unboxing or defect video. Requests are reviewed by the quality team before approval. Once approved, a replacement or pickup arrangement is initiated based on availability.

Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only under the following conditions.
The product received is defective or damaged.
An incorrect product has been delivered.
An approved exchange is not available for the same product or value.

Once the returned item is received and passes quality inspection, the refund is initiated through the original payment method or issued as store credit, depending on the selected option at the time of approval.

Refund timelines are as follows.
Refunds to bank accounts, cards, or UPI typically take five to ten working days after approval.
Store credit is issued within twenty four hours of refund approval.

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange request, customers must contact the support team with the order number and required proof such as images or videos.
After verification, confirmation and pickup details are shared.
Returned items must be securely packed to prevent damage during transit.

Once the product is received and inspected, confirmation regarding refund or exchange approval is communicated via email.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not permitted. However, eligible products may be returned after delivery in accordance with this policy.

Shipping Charges

Return shipping charges may apply depending on the reason for return.
If the return or exchange is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, return shipping charges are fully waived.
