Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within one to three business days after successful payment confirmation. Order processing does not include weekends or public holidays.

Processing time may be extended during high demand periods such as promotional sales, festive seasons, inventory reconciliation, or unforeseen operational delays. Customers are notified once the order has been dispatched.

Delivery Timeframe

Delivery timelines vary based on the shipping address, courier partner, and operational conditions. Estimated delivery timelines are as follows.

Metro cities generally receive deliveries within three to six working days.
Non metro and tier two or tier three cities generally receive deliveries within five to nine working days.
Remote or rural locations may require seven to twelve working days for delivery.

Delivery timelines are indicative and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather conditions, courier service disruptions, regulatory restrictions, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on order value, delivery location, package weight, and applicable promotional offers. Any free shipping offers are subject to campaign specific terms and minimum order value conditions displayed at checkout.

Shipment Tracking

Once an order is dispatched, shipment tracking details are shared via email or SMS. Tracking information may take up to twenty four to forty eight hours to update depending on courier system synchronization.

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

If delivery fails due to incorrect or incomplete address details, unreachable contact information, or repeated failed delivery attempts, the shipment may be returned to origin.

In such cases, re shipping of the order is subject to additional shipping charges. Tom Coby is not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect customer provided information.

Damaged or Missing Products

If a shipment is received in damaged, opened, tampered, or incomplete condition, customers must report the issue within forty eight hours of delivery.

For verification and resolution, customers are required to provide clear images of the outer packaging, product condition, and order details. An unboxing video is strongly recommended to ensure faster resolution.

Claims raised beyond the specified time frame may not be eligible for review.

International Shipping

Currently, Tom Coby delivers products only within India. International shipping services may be introduced in the future at the discretion of the business.
